Threat, Vulnerability, Risk Assessment (TVRA)

We deliver comprehensive, intelligence-driven Risk and Threat Assessments that identify vulnerabilities and neutralize threats before they become liabilities.

Leveraging real-world experience in high-threat environments (Middle East, South Asia, Africa, Europe, and maritime domains) and an active Secret clearance, we evaluate physical, personnel, technology, and travel-related risks with the same operational rigor used to protect U.S. diplomatic missions, worldwide facilities and installations, and senior executives.

Every assessment concludes with prioritized, actionable recommendations and measurable mitigation strategies precisely tailored to your organization’s risk tolerance, operational tempo, and business objectives.

System Operational Verification Test (SOVT) and Acceptance

I provide fully independent, third-party acceptance testing for physical security technology systems — CCTV, access control, intrusion alarms, license-plate recognition, AI analytics, perimeter protection, and counter-drone systems.

After your integrator declares the project “complete,” I am retained directly by the owner (or owner’s counsel, or family office) to perform an unbiased, line-by-line operational verification before final payment is released.

What I deliver

  • A comprehensive operational test protocol with custom line items added in addition to the integrator’s function test -written for your specific design and risk profile

  • On-site execution of all tests using integrator-supplied equipment and personnel

  • Documented pass/fail results with time-stamped photos and video evidence

  • Detailed punch-list of any deficiencies

  • A signed Final Acceptance Package (or Conditional/Non-Acceptance report) that authorises — or withholds — the final 10–30 % retainer with complete confidence
